Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Sleep Expert to support stores within a 30-45 minute radius of the home store location. You will elevate the customer experience by acting as a sleep authority and recommending best-in-class products, while executing selling programs with digital tools to support omnichannel initiatives.

You will build strong customer relationships, share product knowledge, drive sales KPIs, and help maintain post-purchase relationships, including delivery reminders.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to drive sales and meet KPIs.
• Willing to lift 50+ pounds as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and promote best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support omnichannel experiences.
• Cultivate relationships to keep the customer at the center of the experience.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information as a subject matter expert.
