Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the customer’s in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience centered on the customer.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role requiring excellent communication and service.
• Ability to drive sales performance and meet KPIs.
• Experience with omnichannel retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
