Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and place the customer at the center.

• Drive sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (delivery reminders, issue resolution).
• Monitor competition and their ads/services.
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
