Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase and assist with delivery reminders.
• Monitor competition and promotions to support store performance.
• Assist in brand-building efforts and use social media to boost sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as needed.
