Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Sleep Coach to help CPAP therapy patients maximize adherence during the first year. This remote-based role connects with patients through calls, education, and data-driven coaching to improve comfort and outcomes.

You will guide patients on equipment use, insurance requirements, and resupply while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with a remote team to deliver compassionate, personalized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred.
• Experience handling various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to patients during their first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to coach and educate patients.
• Help patients identify barriers and provide practical tools to overcome them.
• Review patient usage data and guide data-driven conversations.
• Educate patients about equipment, insurance requirements, cleaning, and resupply.
• Document patient interactions and next steps in the system.
