Job summary

Performance Home Medical is seeking a motivated Sleep Coach to support patients using sleep equipment and navigate insurance criteria. You will pull patient information, communicate with referrals and patients daily, and schedule appointments while assisting Clinicians.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced healthcare setting. On-the-job training and a collaborative team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask while providing compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist PHM patients on the use of the sleep equipment and insurance criteria.
• Pull patient information through electronic sources and verify details.
• Correspond with referrals and patients daily via phone and email.
• Schedule patient appointments and assist Clinicians as directed.
• Troubleshoot patient issues with equipment, virtually and over the phone.
• Participate in onboarding and training programs.
