Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Sleep Coach to provide exceptional customer service and product information to CPAP patients. You will educate patients on therapy usage, adherence, and insurance requirements, while guiding future resupply and device troubleshooting.

You’ll use manufacturer apps, document interactions, and promote adherence strategies. A compassionate, data-driven communicator thrives in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with patients diagnosed with OSA preferred.
• Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare).

Responsibilities

• Proactive and reactive patient outreach for the first full year of CPAP therapy.
• Place and take inbound/outbound calls to coach and educate new CPAP users.
• Review patient usage with manufacturer software to drive data-based calls.
• Discuss therapy effectiveness and troubleshoot common PAP equipment questions.
• Document patient demographics, preferences, and conversations accurately.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Support teammates and identify opportunities to improve care.
