Performance Home Medical in Houston is seeking a Sleep Coach to join our Clinical Team. You will assist patients with equipment usage, coordinate appointments, and communicate with referral sources and insurers to support coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients on the use of the equipment and insurance coverage criteria.
• Pulls patient information through electronic sources.
• Corresponds with referrals and patients daily.
• Schedules patient appointments and assists Clinicians as directed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Troubleshoots patient issues with equipment, virtually and over the phone.
• Will provide on the job training.
