Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture in Monrovia, AL is seeking a Sleep Center Lead to blend sales expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will drive the guest engagement model, help guests choose comprehensive sleep solutions, and meet Sales per Hour targets.

This role includes coaching teammates, handling returns and exchanges per SOP, and supporting daily operations to keep the Sleep Center 'Grand Opening' ready.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Experience in high-volume sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales per hour by engaging guests and recommending sleep solutions.
• Provide product knowledge and rest-test guidance to guests.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and guest escalations per SOP.
• Train and coach team members to achieve store standards.
• Open/close daily tasks and maintain SOP-compliant documentation.
