Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sleep Center Lead in California to blend sales expertise with leadership responsibilities. The role drives the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to deliver a premier guest experience, meet Sales per Hour targets, and manage returns, exchanges, and CRM follow-ups.

You will train and coach team members, analyze sleep product data, and implement Center initiatives while focusing on guest and staff satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to achieve Sales per Hour.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on guest sleep needs.
• Present complete sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector and sheets.
• Train and coach team members; support training modules and SOPs.
• Resolve guest escalations, returns, exchanges and related tickets per SOP.
