Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in direct customer interaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet or exceed Sales Per Hour and KPI standards.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on guest sleep needs.
• Present a complete sleep solution (mattress, base, pillow, protector, sheets) to guests.
