Living Spaces is seeking a Sleep Center Lead to drive guest engagement and sales excellence at the Redondo Beach Sleep Center. You will guide associates, present sleep solutions, and ensure SOPs are followed to deliver a top guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and coaching, with a focus on achieving Sales Per Hour targets and delivering outstanding customer service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest engagement to meet Sales Per Hour targets.
• Provide sleep product recommendations and conduct rest tests to assess guest needs.
• Present complete sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector and sheets.
• Support opening/closing tasks and maintain SOP adherence.
• Handle guest follow-ups and CRM tickets to closure.
• Assist with escalations, returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Lead training and coaching for Sleep Center team members.
• Analyze sleep sales data to optimize add-on sales and penetration.
