Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sleep Center Lead to combine sales expertise with leadership responsibilities. You will drive the Guest Engagement Model, advise guests on sleep solutions, and manage operations including returns and escalations. The role emphasizes training and coaching to elevate team performance.

Seeking a candidate with at least a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of retail experience in guest-facing environments. Microsoft Office experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet or exceed Sales Per Hour thresholds.
• Provide relevant advice, product knowledge, and recommendations by assessing sleep needs.
• Present sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector, and sheets.
• Ensure Sleep Center is ready by completing daily task lists and following style guides.
• Perform guest email follow-up and resolve CRM tickets for Sleep Center guests.
• Assist Store Leadership in resolving guest escalations, returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Open and close the Vault per SOP requirements and complete required documentation on time.
• Ensure all team members complete required training and demonstrate execution of company expectations.
• Analyze data related to sleep sales, add-on sales, and department focus.
• Implement Sleep Center initiatives while fostering a positive store culture as a servant leader.
