Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sleep Center Lead to drive guest engagement and sales while supporting leadership duties. You’ll train and coach team members, handle complex transactions, and assist with knowledge sharing to ensure a top-tier guest experience.

Responsibilities include executing sales models, resolving escalations with SOP adherence, and managing training and CRM follow-ups to maintain high standards in a dynamic Sleep Center environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to achieve Sales per Hour targets.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations by assessing guest sleep needs.
• Present a complete sleep solution including mattress, base, pillow, and accessories.
