Qualifications

• Provide product knowledge and sleep‑solution recommendations.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Open/close daily operations and complete required documentation.
• Coach teammates and support leadership with training modules.
• Analyze sleep sales data to inform departmental focus.
