Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Sleep Center Lead in Colorado to guide sales and guest experience in the Sleep Center. The role blends frontline selling with leadership responsibilities, including training and coaching team members, resolving escalations, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

You will leverage the Guest Engagement Model to optimize sales per hour and ensure a high‑quality guest journey. The position involves managing day-to-day operations, assisting with knowledge sharing, and supporting

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
High volume experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet Sales Per Hour targets.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on guest sleep needs.
Present complete sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector, and sheets.
Handle customer follow-ups in CRM and resolve tickets.
Assist with escalations, returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
Open/close Vault and ensure documentation is completed on time.
Ensure team training completion and effective execution of company expectations.
