Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sleep Center Lead to blend sales expertise with leadership, coaching, and training responsibilities. The role drives guest engagement, completes complex transactions including returns, and supports a high‑performing Sleep Center team.

You will train staff, monitor Sleep Center KPIs, and apply product knowledge to deliver sleep solutions that meet guest needs while maintaining SOPs and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and meet or exceed Sales Per Hour thresholds.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations by conducting rest tests and assessing guest sleep needs.
• Present a complete sleep solution including mattress, base, pillow, protector, and sheets.
• Ensure Sleep Center readiness and adhere to style guides.
• Handle guest email follow-up and CRM follow-up tickets for Sleep Center guests.
• Assist with guest escalations, returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Open and close the Vault with proper documentation within timeframes.
• Ensure team training is completed and apply data related to sleep sales and add-on opportunities.
• Implement Sleep Center initiatives while fostering a positive store culture as a servant leader.
