Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Sleep Center Lead to blend sales expertise with leadership, coaching, and guest engagement. You will drive the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model, guide add-on solutions, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while meeting KPI targets.

You will train team members, manage complex transactions, and support leadership in escalations and store operations. The role emphasizes service quality, data-driven insights, and a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive proficiency in the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to meet Sales Per Hour goals.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on guest sleep needs.
• Present sleep solutions including mattress, base, pillow, protector, and sheets.
• Ensure Sleep Center is ready and follow SOP guidelines.
• Handle guest emails and CRM follow-up tickets for Sleep Center guests.
• Assist Store Leadership with guest escalations, returns, exchanges, and discounts per SOP.
• Open/close Vault per SOP and complete documentation on time.
• Ensure team training and on-going development to meet company expectations.
• Analyze sleep sales data to guide add-on sales and focus areas.
