Extreme Networks is looking for a SLED Systems Engineer to drive technical strategy and execution across the sales lifecycle in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Executives, partners, and customers to design and position networking solutions that meet complex business needs.

This role demands strong technical and consultative skills, offering a market-competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $190,000, plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in systems engineering, pre-sales engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in networking technologies including switching, routing, and security.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and technical sales plans.
• Design secure, scalable networking solutions aligned to customer business requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
