Keeper is hiring a driven, SLED focused Customer Success Manager for our B2B sales division. This is a 100% remote role from select locations with a path to hybrid near our Chicago HQ.

You will nurture established public-sector accounts, drive revenue through renewals and expansions, and collaborate with Keeper teams to ensure customer value and security outcomes across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in full cycle SaaS sales or Customer Success Management (upsell/expansion focus).
• 1+ years SLED sales experience within software or tech.
• Strong knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory), onboarding & support.

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a supportive but independent workplace with growth opportunities.
• Carry a revenue quota within assigned accounts.
• Engage with Senior Management and CIO/CTO/IT leaders to expand relationships.
• Negotiate renewals, cross-sells and upsells with clients.
