Job summary

Rubrik, Inc. is seeking a SLED Account Executive based in the United States to own bookings growth in new and existing SLED accounts across the Minnesota, Iowa, and surrounding markets.

You will drive pipeline, prospect, qualify, and close opportunities in collaboration with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and Rubrik Channel Partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of tech sales experience, SLED background, a hunter mentality for net-new logos, and a proven track record of selling complex IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Tech sales experience (selling either IT Infrastructure or SaaS).
• Proven SLED experience, specifically within the North Central markets.
• Consistent track record landing “net new logos” within SLED. WE NEED HUNTERS.
• Deep understanding and experience working with channel partners.
• History of consistent sales over-achievement.
• Highly driven, goal-oriented "get it done" attitude.Experience selling complex technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to move a large number of opportunities through the sales process.
• Identify and close new opportunities for growth, working with a mix of enterprise SLED accounts.
• Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design environments.
• Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth.
• Provide Rubrik management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
