Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a relentless SLED Account Executive to own bookings growth in the Minnesota/Iowa SLED market, coordinating with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and channel partners to exceed quotas across the North Central region.

You will drive territory planning, pipeline development, and new business acquisition in local government and higher education sectors, leveraging Rubrik’s data protection and AI offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Tech sales experience (IT Infrastructure or SaaS).
• Proven SLED experience in the North Central markets.
• Track record of landing net-new logos within SLED; hunters needed.
• Deep understanding and experience working with channel partners.
• History of consistent sales over-achievement.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute territory sales plans to meet/exceed quota.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to move opportunities.
• Identify and close new opportunities for growth in enterprise SLED accounts.
• Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center environments.
• Co-sell with partners, distributors, and VARs to drive growth.
• Provide local market feedback to Rubrik management.
