Job summary

900Work, Llc is seeking a National Skip Representative in Indianapolis, IN to locate client collateral and coordinate with repossession vendors. The role emphasizes skip tracing within applicable laws and SLAs, with a focus on accuracy, timely updates, and professional conduct.

The position requires at least a year of relevant experience such as auto-finance, collections, or call centers, and offers a full-time schedule with variable evening/weekend hours depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in auto-finance, collections, banking, insurance or call center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Use internet databases and phone tools to locate customers and/or collateral.
• Build relationships with contractors and clients to service accounts.
• Communicate updates and progress to clients and contractors.
• Obtain new leads on customer locations and collateral.
• Coordinate orders and assign tasks to contractors to meet expectations.
• Conduct initial review of information for accuracy.
• Skip tracing to identify best known addresses for collateral or customers.
• Investigate Bankruptcy status, Active Duty, or ownership of collateral.
