Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Skip Trace Agent to locate delinquent borrowers and collateral using advanced skip tracing methods. This on-site role collaborates with recovery and legal teams to support compliant repossession efforts.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in skip tracing or related fields, strong research and analytical skills, and proficiency with major skip tracing tools. Flexible hours may apply with some after-hours work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of skip tracing, collections, repossession, or related field.
• Proficient with skip tracing tools such as TLOxp, LexisNexis, Clear, IDI CORE.

Responsibilities

• Use skip tracing databases and public records to locate individuals and collateral.
• Verify addresses, employment, relatives, and associates for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed case files with contacts and findings.
• Communicate findings with repossession and recovery teams to coordinate efforts.
• Follow FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA, and privacy guidelines in all activities.
• Identify patterns to improve location strategies for hard-to-find accounts.
• Assist in updating skip tracing software and lead sources.
