Job description

Full Time (IN OFFICE) Position in the Skip Trace Industry. We are looking for money‑motivated individuals to join our skip tracing team. This is an "IN OFFICE POSITION" with a minimum of 2 years of experience in auto skip tracing. The role does not involve collections or sales but requires inbound/outbound phone contact with customers, field agents, and clients. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Paid training, growth opportunities available, and a fun, laid‑back professional environment.

Work week is Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No mandatory nights or weekends. Hourly base pay plus a monthly bonus based on individual performance. Salary range: $2,700 – $6,500 per month.

• Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from sources such as Clear, credit bureaus, Carfax, Auto Check, and other subscriptions to locate assets.
• Use GPS/Telematics and LPR systems to trace vehicle location histories.
• Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities.
• Collaborate with credit union and insurance personnel.
• Perform in‑depth people/vehicle location searches.
• Conduct collection skip‑tracing activities in accordance with FDCPA, state, and local collections laws.
• Properly handle inbound/outbound skip calls and utilize multiple internet avenues to locate consumers while meeting production goals set by management.
• Maintain clear and updated account documentation and coding on the skip‑tracing location process.
• Adhere to skip processes and procedures.
