Job summary

L’Oréal USA’s Kiehl’s store in Tigard is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, ensuring top service, assist in executing strategies, and help manage daily operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, and a passion for cosmetics. Previous keyholder or supervisory retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; prior keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
