Kiehl’s, part of L’Oréal, is seeking a Keyholder in Palm Springs to assist the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will embody the heritage of our old-world apothecary and contribute to the Palm Springs community.

You will lead by example, drive store success, manage operations, and develop talent. A high school diploma and experience in retail/cosmetics with strong communication skills are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics and customer service; prior keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to stand on sales floor, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship offered.

• Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining brand image.
• Train and onboard new team members and share product knowledge.
