Job summary

L’Oréal USA, home to Kiehl's, is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience in Canoga Park. You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive store performance, and ensure store standards and brand presentation are maintained.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, US work authorization, and retail/cosmetics experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Retail, cosmetics and customer service experience preferred, with prior keyholder experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 weekends per month; lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver superior customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Drive store and individual sales goals and support short/long-term business strategies.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures and visual presentation.
• Develop talent through training and onboarding of new team members.
