Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851, a brand within L’Oréal, in New York City is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You’ll uphold service standards, manage product presentation, and lead by example on store operations, with responsibilities including training staff, opening/closing procedures, and contributing to the brand’s unique customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Retail or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Communication skills required.
• Analytical skills and basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.
• Leads in productivity and team performance.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals with management team.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Open and close procedures for the store.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Execute visual directives and education selling tools.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
