L’Oréal’s Kiehl’s Houston store is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll model leadership, support operations, and help develop the team in a lively retail environment.

Keyholder responsibilities include leading by example, achieving store and individual goals, managing opening/closing procedures, maintaining brand image, and sharing product knowledge. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Lead by Example: Act as a role model for the team, delivering superior customer service and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Drive Store Success: Support the achievement of store and individual sales goals while helping to execute both short and long-term business strategies.
• Manage Operations: Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, maintain brand image through visual presentation, and ensure a neat and organized environment.
• Develop Talent: Assist in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl’s brand.
