Job summary

Kiehl's Since 1851 in Brea, CA is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example and help maintain the brand’s heritage on the shop floor.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, US work authorization, retail and customer service experience, and a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• US work authorization for full-time, permanent role; no sponsorship offered.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; prior keyholder preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver superior customer service.
• Support achievement of store and individual sales goals and assist in business strategies.
• Manage opening and closing procedures; maintain brand image and a neat environment.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; share product knowledge.
