Job summary

L’Oréal USA's Kiehl's retail team in Washington, DC is hiring a Keyholder. You will support the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, provide superior customer service, and maintain a neat, organized store.

Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and execute visual standards. This role requires retail or cosmetic experience, strong communication, basic computer skills, and availability for two weekend shifts and two closing shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Analytical skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required. No immigration sponsorship offered.

• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures for the store
• Provide training to new store employees
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
