Kiehl's Since 1851 in Tigard, OR is seeking a Keyholder to join L'Oreal's store leadership. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience, while upholding the brand's heritage.

This role requires a high school diploma, US work authorization, flexibility for a 2-closing/2-weekend schedule, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus; prior retail or cosmetics experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. work authorization for full-time, permanent employment; no immigration sponsorship offered.
• Retail, cosmetics, and customer service experience preferred; prior keyholder experience a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) a plus.
