Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Keyholder to join the L’Oréal store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager, lead by example on customer service, drive sales, manage opening/closing tasks, and help train new staff.

This role requires a flexible schedule, weekend shifts, and a passion for cosmetics. Qualifications include a High School diploma, retail and customer service experience, and basic computer skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering superior customer service and building relationships.
• Drive store sales and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and maintain brand image and a neat store.
• Develop talent through training and onboarding new team members.
