Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager in the United States to promote our consumer skincare portfolio, including Cetaphil, to health care providers and office staff. You will drive demand and build relationships within the assigned territory through field-based activities and targeted promotions.

The role requires planful execution of sales calls, travel as needed, and meeting or exceeding portfolio KPIs. Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000–$105,000 with commission, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with HCPs and distribute samples; may involve evenings/weekends and travel.
• Meet or exceed goals for designated product portfolio and KPIs; use tools to identify trends and action plans.
• Record sales call notes and manage territory data in the reporting system; perform other admin duties as needed.
• Manage resources (budgets, samples, peer-to-peer programs) to engage healthcare professionals.
• Develop relationships with providers and staff within the geography; attend meetings/conferences as required.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
