Galderma in Miami, FL seeks an Account Manager - Consumer to drive revenue for the Consumer Care portfolio (including Cetaphil) by promoting to Health Care Providers and office staff, with field-based promotions and face-to-face sales calls. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years outside B2B sales, valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and English/Spanish bilinguals preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Two years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand within territory.
• Participate in face-to-face sales calls with HCPs, distribute samples, and attend company meetings; some travel may be required.
• Meet or exceed goals and KPIs for designated product portfolio and other metrics.
• Utilize sales tools and analysis to identify trends and develop action plans.
• Record sales call notes, track samples, and manage territory activities in the data system.
• Manage resources such as budget, samples, and peer-to-peer programs.
• Develop relationships with providers and their staff within the geography.
• Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
