Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager - Consumer in Boston to promote our skincare portfolio including Cetaphil to health care providers and office staff. You will drive product demand, execute field-based promotions, and travel as needed to meet targets and KPIs.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of outside B2B sales are required, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The role offers base salary plus a competitive commission plan, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with HCPs and staff.
• Meet or exceed goals for product portfolio and KPIs.
• Record sales call notes and manage territory data in CRM.
• Develop relationships with providers and staff within geography.
• Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed.
