Job summary

Galderma in Miami is seeking an Account Manager for the Consumer Care unit to promote our consumer skincare portfolio, including Cetaphil, to healthcare providers and staff in the assigned territory. You will plan field promotions, conduct face-to-face sales calls, distribute samples, and track KPIs while building strong provider relationships.

Travel may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and service the whole office.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Promote consumer skincare products to HCPs and office staff.
• Plan and execute field-based product promotion activities.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls and distribute samples.
• Meet/exceed goals and track KPIs; analyze trends and plan actions.
• Record sales calls and manage territory data.
• Manage resources like budget and samples.
• Develop relationships with providers in geography.
• Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
