Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager - Consumer in Raleigh, NC to drive revenue for the Consumer Care portfolio, including Cetaphil, by promoting products to healthcare providers and key office staff in the assigned territory.

The role involves field promotions, meetings, samples, and travel as needed. Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of B2B sales experience, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university.
• Two years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong track record of consistent documented success.
• Possess valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed is required.
• Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with HCPs and distribute product samples.
• Meet or exceed goals for the product portfolio and KPIs within territory.
• Record sales call notes and manage territory activities in the data system.
• Manage budget, samples and programs to engage healthcare professionals.
• Develop relationships with providers and their staff within the geography.
• Attend medical meetings/conferences as needed.
