Job summary

Greystar in Azusa, CA is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet safety and quality standards. The role includes completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing units for leasing with a coordinated vendor process.

The position requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience and EPA refrigerant certifications. A valid driver’s license and on-site work are required, with diverse schedule and potential

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Maintenance experience.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required for certified technicians.
• EPA and state/local jurisdiction certifications required to operate on site.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing, conducts pre-move-out inspections, and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Maintains inventory, tracks supplies, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork accurately to document service requests.
• Assists in grounds and common area upkeep, including cleaning and minor painting.
