Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose and repair issues from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance across the property.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and state/local credentials as applicable. The position is onsite with comprehensive benefits and potential for bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required
• Valid driver’s license required
• State/local certifications as applicable to service technicians

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance to meet property standards
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections and coordinating needed tasks
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure accurate tracking
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
• Supports cost-control by repairing components rather than replacing parts when feasible
