Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to Greystar standards. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license to operate on-site equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes-ready and inspects vacant apartment homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory and requests supplies; maintains tools and equipment per procedures.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and record-keeping.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-saving initiatives by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
