Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Associate 2 at its Aperture Solutions site. You will perform windows and doors assembly, handle tools, and move materials through the plant to support on-time delivery.

You’ll work with urgency, maintain quality, and minimize waste while following safety and standard work rules. The role requires reading measurements, using PPE, and supporting a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure as well as read and interpret fractions and decimals.
• Operate power tools with dexterity, basic operations, and PPE knowledge.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Follow standard work instructions and stay within defined rate.
• Cross-train across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Maintain clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Work at a defined rate per customer demand and operations.
• Assist with training co-workers and improving process quality.
• Communicate issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
