Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance repairs.
• Valid driver's license.
• On-call schedule availability in rotation.
• Ability to communicate with team members and residents for customer service.
• Ability to read policies and procedures including SDS and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, and other systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs per standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior/exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture and reports unsafe conditions.
