Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances to keep the community in top condition.

You’ll complete service requests promptly, ensure turnover readiness, and perform preventative maintenance while upholding safety standards. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to read and apply safety policies and SDS documentation.
• Good communication with team members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and major appliances.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure rent-ready turnover.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and document incidents per policy.
• Handle Hot Work tasks per Vivmark standards.
