Job summary

Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other building systems to keep the community in top condition.

You will manage service requests, ensure apartments are rent-ready, and support preventative maintenance. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on-call.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• On-call schedule availability.
• Ability to read policies (Key Control, Turnover, Maintenance Emergency policies).
• Knowledge of PPE and safety practices.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and paint/tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and related areas.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance across systems and surfaces.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains a safe work environment and reports unsafe conditions.
