Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating asphalt paving or heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to safely operate multiple types of equipment and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of asphalt and heavy construction equipment (skid steers, rollers, pavers, milling machines).
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
• Support paving and milling operations and ensure proper material placement and compaction.
• Communicate with foremen and crew to maintain safe, efficient paving operations.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements and job-site safety standards.
