Job summary

SRS Distribution is offering an on‑site role that exposes you to warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, and more through structured training. You will learn the business model, culture, and core values while gaining hands‑on experience toward civilian careers.

You'll support safety, logistics, and customer service, using WMS and participating in day‑to‑day operations across branches within the Southwest region.

Qualifications

• Active‑duty service member eligible for SkillBridge or military internship.
• 0–1 years relevant experience or entry‑level friendliness.
• Approval from Chain of Command and pay grade E5+.

Responsibilities

• Support safety/compliance by following OSHA standards and PPE usage.
• Assist warehouse logistics: inventory control, cycle counting, stock rotation, order fulfillment.
• Operate material handling equipment and ensure proper loading/unloading.
• Receive, inspect, store materials, and maintain records.
• Utilize WMS and internal tools to track inventory and shipments.
• Conduct inspections and assist in driver routines and DVIRs.
• Handle purchase orders, vendor receiving, and branch transfers.
• Provide counter sales support and customer service.
