SRS Distribution, Inc. seeks an entry-level participant for a SkillBridge-like program to gain hands-on exposure across warehouse operations, logistics, finance, safety, and human resources. Training emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration within a branch setting.

You will shadow branch leadership, learn pricing and profitability concepts, and develop product knowledge while performing routine clerical and support tasks, including order entry and vendor interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Active-duty service member eligibility for DoD SkillBridge or approved military internship program.
• 180 days or fewer remaining on active duty at program start.
• Approval from Chain of Command required for participation.
• Pay Grade E5 and above.

Aufgaben

• Follow OSHA standards and PPE usage to support safety and compliance.
• Assist with warehouse logistics: inventory control, cycle counting, stock rotation, order fulfillment.
• Operate material handling equipment and manage truck loading/unloading per weight guidelines.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials; maintain accurate records.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments.
• Conduct DVIRs and assist in ride-alongs with CDL drivers.
