SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a hands-on, rotational training program designed for active-duty service members exploring civilian careers in logistics, warehousing, and operations.

You will rotate through warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources while learning our business model, culture, and core values. During the program you will learn to handle inventory, safety compliance, order fulfillment, and vendor coordination, supported by on-the-job

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of relevant work experience (entry‑level friendly).
• Military training or experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse logistics, including inventory control, cycle counting, stock rotation, and order fulfillment processes.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts) and ensure proper truck loading and unloading based on weight distribution guidelines.
• Receive, inspect, and store materials from suppliers and internal transfers with accurate records.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other internal tools to track inventory, shipments, and safety compliance.
• Perform daily and weekly equipment inspections and document results per DOT and company standards.
• Support routing and delivery logistics using GPS and scheduling tools.
• Enter and manage purchase orders, vendor receiving documentation, and branch transfers.
• Monitor and resolve unbilled orders, backorders, APPO variances, and supplier disputes.
• Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, and organizing sales documents.
